Lord Colin Moynihan
Lord Moynihan is currently non-executive chairman of Hydrodec Group Plc, an oil re-refiner providing advanced oil and chemical process technology, where he chairs the nominations and corporate governance committees and is a member of the audit committee. Until recently he was a member of the board of Rowan Companies plc, a global provider of offshore contract drilling services, where he chaired the group’s HSE committee. Previously, he was executive chairman of Consort Resources Ltd and chairman of the British Olympic Association from 2005 to 2012.
Colin served as UK Minister for Energy in both the Major and Thatcher Governments where he was responsible for oil and gas policy, the licencing regime, the regulatory framework and procurement policies. Prior to this he was a Minister in the Department of Environment.
