Keith has more than 30 years of experience in the water and utilities industry. In 2010 he left one of the UK’s largest water suppliers - Wessex Water, having served there for more than 10 years as both their Finance Director and Deputy CEO. After YTL Corporation’s purchase of Wessex Water from Enron in 2010, Keith remained on the board and also assisted YTL in their M&A activity in the electricity and gas distribution businesses.
Keith is a member of OFWAT’s Future Regulation Advisory Panel and has served as Global Head of Regulation for Azurix (NYSE:AZX), leading their M&A and policy in a number of countries in Europe and the Americas. Keith also played a central role in the restructuring Azurix, disposing of its assets, unwinding its multiple financial instruments ensuring its survival following the Enron collapse in 2001.
Keith is currently the managing partner at Lorraine House, a financial and regulatory advisor to the Global Water Industry, advises a number of water company Board of Directors and serves as Chairman of a number of technology manufacturers and contractors supplying the water sector.
